Baseball – The most desirable cards January 22, 2007

I oftentimes get asked what cards I most want to add to my collection. It’s tough to answer that question, but all the cards would be older baseball cards. Early baseball cards will always have a place in my heart as the best cards ever developed. Here’s a look at my top three:
#1

Honus Wagner
What is there to say about this card? This is the Holy Grail of all sports cards. If I ever win the lottery, this card would be mine.
#2

Shoeless Joe Jackson
This is something about this card that draws me to it. It’s not one of the most valuable cards of all-time, but it’s at the top of my personal list of favorite cards.
#3

Babe Ruth
Of all the Babe Ruth cards, this is the one I’d pick to have. It’s a rather large card (6″ X 9″) that has great value. Less than a handful are known to exist to this day.

I’m selling more and more auto racing cards and one thing is obvious: Dale Earnhardt is still king of cars. If he has a card, there are tons of people out there that want it. Even after his death, he’s a driving force in the industry.
Here’s a look at some of his most popular cards and what they are going for:

1995 Finish Line Gold Signature Dale Earnhardt #GS3
$30

1995 Images Circuit Champion Dale Earnhardt
