An interesting development in the sports trading card industry is the fact that the NHL offers the ability to auction for cards on their official website. At NHL.com, you can find cards up for auction and you can actually find good deals.
As it becomes more popular, I imagine that the prices will be driven up to the point that it won’t be a good place to shop. But for now, you can find great deals. Here are a few:
